Chris is great to deal with! He came to check everything in the HVAC system! He is very thorough! He explained everything to us! He made some suggestions. He even looked up a website for us to order filters! I recommend him and Rocky Top Air!!

The Rocky Top techs were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Chris, super nice to work with, explained everything he'd done and told us how the hvac units were working. He also checked with the company that made our HVAC unit and learned that our warranty is good thru April 2034. The young man (sorry, can't remember his name) responsible for plumbing checked everything within his realm of responsibility and was super to work with. He sent a bid for a new hot water heater which we don't need at this time. We are pleased with Rocky Top representatives.

We have been HVAC customers of Rocky Top Heating and Air for 14 years. We have always been more than satisfied with their work and quick response to any problem. Most recently our oven exhaust vent stopped working. We contacted RockyTop electrical division. Mark and Gabe came and diagnosed the problem and helped us determine which parts to order. They have returned to install the parts. The work has been done professionally and efficiently. We highly recommend Rocky Top for electrical as well as heating and air needs.
