Today Devon maintained our two HVAC units under our service contract. We had a bunch of questions about some issues we'd been experiencing and he went ahead and investigated everything we talked about and gave us advice on how to handle them. he was very gracious with his time as we picked his brain.

1/18/2026 update - I come home on 1/17/2026 to discover we had no heat - but my home was still warm - I spoke with Paul from rocky top on 1/17 and made an appt for 1/18 - Paul was right on time and made the repairs quickly. Thanks for the great service

This is a new review of Rocky Top Heating and air, but the same rating. All of our experiences with Rocky Top over the last 15 years have been 5 star. This week we had a new HVAC system put in a rental property. Antwon and Marquez did the installation efficiently and professionally. The next day however, we discovered that the drainage pump was not working. One call was all it took and they came, identified that was the problem and installed a new pump to correct the defective one from the factory. Today, the furnace shut off entirely; again, with only one call to the office Jesse and his helper arrived within 30 minutes and discovered the drainage hose going to the outside had frozen solid. They quickly replaced it with a new one, added insulation and within an hour the house was toasty warm.
