Scheduling our maintenance visit was easy. Devon explained everything afterwards and was easy to understand what was needed. They honored our old maintenance agreement, which is always a big plus. We enjoy their honest, friendly, and quality service.

They are consistent and professional. Been doing our units for years and always good.

Devin kept me informed of his arrival time and performed my fall unit checkup. Rocky Top has kept my HVAC running for many years.

From the initial visit with Paul, the sales visit with Brandon, the install with Antwaun the customer service was top notch. We did have a little hiccup after install, but Paul was here within a couple hours and stayed until it was resolved. I can't leave this review without mentioning Mariah, she is, in my opinion the glue that holds the crew together-- excellent customer service, above and beyond; even after my multiple calls to her. I am greatly appreciative to everyone involved!

Tim was awesome! Mj and Antwaun was awesome . They did an excellent job. Will be most definitely use you guys again.

The more interaction I have with this company the more impressed I am. They've went above and beyond each time I've contacted them. From helping me with an emergency with my duct work to the recent cleaning of my duct work. Antwann and MJ were courteous, respectful, and professional. They worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and provided additional recommendations without being pushy or overbearing.
