I had my heating and cooling system installed by Rocky Top and continue to receive their service plan. Their service technicians are prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. They make sure my system is running efficiently and they make suggestions on how to adjust my usage to save money. I'm very pleased with their work.

We had a great experience with the folks at Rocky Top Air, from scheduling to the service call, and the followup. Manny was efficient and helpful in handling the tune-ups on our two units, and provided feedback on an older unit that was a safety concern to keep running, so recommended replacement due to the age and cost of the repair. We look forward to meeting with Michele and narrowing down a new, more energy-efficient unit along with a modern upgrade to our thermostats. I'd highly recommend reaching out to the team here for any concerns or issues with your heating and cooling, whether it's home or office!

Always professional and friendly. Great at explaining what they are doing and why. This was a regular service call but have had emergency calls. They showed concern and dispatched someone quickly.

I have used Rocky Top air in the past and have always had favorable results. I own several rental homes and recently got a call from a tenant that the air was out. The technician came out and instead of conducting a diagnostic test to identify the problem he simply cleaned the coils. He left and shortly thereafter the unit went down. I called Rocky and was told that I would be charged another service fee. I called Quality Air Control instead and they ran a diagnostic identifying the problem within 10 minutes. Rocky Top was paid for doing NOTHING. I have used Rocky Top air in the past and have always had favorable results but after this experience NEVER AGAIN.
