Devin was professional in his work!!!

Technician Manny was very thorough! I reported a smoke smell when the ac was on.
Manny checked the outside unit and reported that it was functioning properly & very clean. He looked n the duct work and found nothing. Manny went n the crawl space, nothing. Finally Manny went up n the attic and found a kitchen can light covered with insulation. It was hot and probably the origin of the smoke smell.
I can't say enough the dedication of Manny to find my smoke problem.
The two Rocky Top A/C technicians that came to my house, we're both excellent!

Tim and Dustin came for an after hours call and were absolutely professional and had the system up running in no time! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch HVAC company!!

Tim and Justin came out and diagnosed the problem right away. Had a power outage the other night and surged the thermostat. Replaced the thermostat and added a surge protector and cleaning. System is running fine and blowing cold air once again.
