Rocky Top HVAC came out the same day. Tim was so considerate and helpful. He even stayed later on his Friday evening to help clean my HVAC. They explained everything so clearly. Would recommend!

I called Rocky Top on Monday with some concerns and Paul came out Friday morning to help! Paul was very informative and took the time to explain everything and answer any and all my questions!

Tim was very great at explaining what was wrong with my unit. I will be using this company for my repair.

Mark was friendly and efficient when completely my annual inspection.

Mark the electrician came out today. Very friendly answered all questions. Husband had concerns about plug. Mark inspected the plug for dehumidifier . No problems found.

Devi was here today for annual check up. I am very pleased with the service provided. He is did a couple of extra things like get my mail out of the box. It was at my request of course.
