Mark Flatford from Rocky Top recently came out and replaced a couple of exterior lights on our home. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and completed the work for the price quoted. Rocky Top HVAC is the best. I called in and had them come out to help one of my tenants whose A/C had stopped working. When they got there, they couldn't get a hold of me, but still went ahead and did the work anyways. I was so completely appreciative that they would go above and beyond like that to help my tenant even thought they couldn't reach me. I was extremely satisfied with my recent service call. I am so glad I had that service maintenance contract. I’ve had it for several years, but never had to use it! Also happy about the gift cards I have received over the years. Again I had never been able to use them, but this last service call I was able to use them and they were most helpful.
