Tim and Devin were very nice and professional. They arrived early and got everything fixed quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

So friendly and helpful. Very affordable too! Shannon, Spencer, Chris, Michele, etc. have all been so wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Update: 5/1/2025 - I had the pleasure to work with Manny of Rocky Top Plumbing, Gabe of Rocky Top HVAC and Mark of Rocky Top Electrical division and they were are super polite, professional and knowledgeable. They all wore protective booties to keep my floors clean and were efficient and thorough with their inspections and maintenance items. I have their monthly service plan and am grateful for what it provides and working with such a great company. Thanks guys!

Mark came out and did maintenance on our electricity. He was very good and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any electrical work done.

Jonah and Travis did our install. They were so efficient and respectful while installing our system. They also are extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Joe installed my new HVAC system. He and his helper did a great job, explained how to work the new unit and thermostat and cleaned up and hauled off all trash and debris .

Joe and Antwon just replaced my HVAC system. They were very professional and went straight to work once they arrived at my condo. I would like to add that Antwon offered to change my airfilter before leaving but noticed that it didn't need it. Also, I've been in contact with the business office for a few weeks. I would like to add how professional and kind these individuals are as well. We had some cold nights, and the lady in the office asked if I needed some space heaters that they would bring me some if needed. That's what you call going the extra mile. I had to edit my review due to a leaky pipe from the old pvc pipe that cracked. Gabe repaired the cracked pipe at 11pm. He was on his way home and turned around because of my wet ceiling. These people are great!!

We needed service on our A/C unit and Tim showed up on time and got our unit running efficiently. He was very professional and we will definitely request him the next time we need service.

Tim and Zach just came out and fixed an issue that had been present since install from another company. They were quick , polite, and explained everything in detail.

Five stars for the business. Ten stars plus for Gabe who came to my place Friday and stayed later than anyone else would’ve to make sure we had working AC all weekend when my in laws were visiting.
