Rocky Top Air was wonderful on cleaning my air conditioner. We just moved in to our home and wanted to make sure it was in awesome working order. Coming from a contractor family, Rocky Top advised me every step they were doing before it was done. A-1 rating!!!! Thank you Rocky Top!!!!!

My HVAC had a leak and the condensate had flooded the room beside the unit. They came out quickly and determined I had several problems that caused the leak. They resolved the root cause of the problem and everything is working great now. I have always used a "friend of the family" as my HVAC source, which I have FIRED. I have signed up to be part of Rocky Top Air's maintenance club. They are the only HVAC organization I will ever use.

We just moved into our new home 3 months ago and were told our upstairs unit was 19 years old. After dealing with the Home Warranty twice, and having to deal with weeks at a time with no air, and continuous lies about parts and seevice, we contacted Rocky Top Air about buying a new unit. MIichelle came out on a Monday and inspected our home and old unit, and presented the new options, and prices. We purchased a 2 ton Daikin unit, and within 4 days it was installed. Thank you for rearranging your installam, tion schedule, because originally we were told it would take 11 days before installation. Also, the installers took around 6 hours to remove, and install a new system, including new foundation, duct work, thermostat, and flashing. Thank u again. Brad Beal
