The two technicians got my heat going quickly. They were very nice and friendly. One thing, however, confused me. I had been out of town and discovered the furnace wasn’t working late the night before. I called Rocky Top at 7:00 am the next morning. They said on the phone that it would be late in the morning before they could get to me. The technicians arrived around 11:00. They said I was their first call! The temp outside was 19 degrees. I don’t understand why the company didn’t help me earlier.

Rocky Top Air is without any doubt the best of Knoxville. They are
professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. They do what they say they will do and they do it on time. Craig, our serviceman, is always on time and very polite. I couldn't be happier. Give them a try and you
won't be disappointed.

I hired Rocky Top Air to install a Generac standby generator in my home. A friend of mine had used them and highly recommended them. Phil Miller and his crew of competent mechanics installed the electric and gas piping in one day and did a most satisfactory installation. I rate their performance with five stars and would recommend them highly.
