We had an emergency, and Rocky Top arrived 4 hours after my phone call to them! We have held a service agreement with them since we moved here 4 years ago and never have regretted it.

Appointment was within three hours of calling and tech was on time. He was friendly, outgoing, professional, and prepared. He didn't have the part I needed (water pressure valve) but went to get it and returned within one hour. The price was quoted up front and was reasonable for the service performed. He also replaced an old rotary cutoff valve with a new quarter turn handle valve. Very pleased with the timeliness of service and the quality of the work.

My family would highly recommend Rocky Top. They are very honest people and we trust them in business.
