Mark the electrician came out today. Very friendly answered all questions. Husband had concerns about plug. Mark inspected the plug for dehumidifier . No problems found.

We have used Rocky Top for heat and air before and have always been happy. This time we needed help with our electricity. My husband tried to replace an outlet in the kitchen and ended up shutting down all the outlets on that same wall. Unfortunately that included the built in microwave. We knew Rocky Top did electrical work as well as HVAC, so we called and Mike Flatford came out. He was on time, fixed the problem and then looked at some other projects we are considering. He was very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He even explained to my husband where he went wrong with his "DIY" project! We will have them back when we are ready to tackle those other projects.
