Rocky Top is awesome! I called on Monday for them to get me a check up before the cold weather and they were there on Tuesday morning. Nick was my service Tech. He went out of his way to explain the work that was needed. He was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Rocky Top Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Craig and Tod did a great job checking out my heating unit. They were very helpful and professional. Recommended a new thermostat that I am pleased with.

We woke up to a hot house, NOT GOOD!! Put in a call to Rocky Top Heating and Air and tht afternoon Matt Leclercq came to check things out. In less than an hour and a half he had the house cooling off again, without breaking the bank. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything, making sure that I was OK with each step and aware of the cost before he did it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First class,professional technicians!! But what I appreciate the most about this company is their honesty.. I have a 20+yr old unit, and the compressor wasn't running. I didn't have to listen to a 30 minute, high pressure sales pitch. No, they systematically troubleshot the problem down to a simple broken wire and repaired it. I've dealt with some other companies that wouldn't have even tried. In this day and time, that is remarkable, and I really appreciate it. THANKS ROCKY TOP!!!.
