We recently had some work done by Rocky Top. There was some initial miscommunication/misunderstanding, but the service manager Chris Graham was exceedingly helpful and courteous, and we got everything straightened out. It was very clear from that interaction that customer satisfaction REALLY is their top priority - not just a sales pitch. We will be long-time customers.

The guy was great came and looked at it gave us a great response. Also told us what he would recommend

Tim showed right away on a Sunday. He was very pleasant and helpful. He diagnosed our problem quickly an was able to fix our unit with supplies he brought with him. I couldn't be more please with our service. I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Rocky Top!
