Tim my technician was on time very detailed in the process and what needed to be done and he was very polite. He also went over details on what service I could apply for and all the perks that come with it. It was 5 PM at night and it was very hot, but he never rushed me and it was a pleasure working with him. Highly recommend

Rocky Top is excellent! Tim came out and took a look at our system and gave us good details and advice on how to update our system! Super nice and very efficient! Tim even went back to the office to get us a part we needed and changed it that day! Really great!
