We thought we were going to have a major issue when our evaporation line to our furnace became brittle and broke because it was imbedded to drain outside. Zack very cleverly advised us to reroute the line to drain into a utility sink that was nearby and saved the day. We appreciated his honesty and consideration for our property.

If I could give more stars I would, from the very beginning speaking with Camilla and Kate who are very sweet very professional to the tech Charlie coming out! He went above and beyond as well! They got me completely fix and ready to run on our prep station! Thank you guys so much!!

I cannot say enough about our experience using Rocky Top HVAC for a complete unit replacement. From the time I called to the time that Jesse and Jonah pull out of our driveway after the installation. I would like to give them a 10 out of 10. They arrived when they said they would proceeded with the install, cleaned up, checked with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They removed the old unit. The guys left everything spotless clean.
