We've used Rocky Top for many years now and have always been more than satisfied. Service is prompt, responsive, and efficient. Excellent all around.

Tim is an awesome tech. We have used this company for years and they are reliable and great service.

Overall a positive experience and would recommend Rocky Top. They installed a new system for us in early 2023 but did miss some essential configuration steps that caused auxiliary heating to be unavailable our first winter (we did have heat via the heat pump, it just struggled to keep up) that have since been rectified. I've also experience occasional billing errors on our monthly maintenance plan payments as well as one scheduling error for our bi-yearly checkups. All of these were relatively minor and were easily corrected with a quick call and despite the minor occasional snafus I find them easy to work with and response to our needs.

Tim and Paul came when I was on an emergency call. They were extremely professional and fixed everything. They offered plans to continue routine maintance. I was very hppy with their service. Look forward to their return.

Mark Flatford, Senior Electrician, walked through my house and did a thorough assessment of my existing electrical system, including the panel and GFIs. He answered all my questions and made suggestions for improving future electrical needs that I had not considered. I would highly recommend him if anyone has any electrical concerns. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Devin did a great job! He answered all my questions and gave me some important monthly maintenance information. It was a thorough annual maintenance visit!

We had a great experience with Tim & Carson coming to help us out when our air conditioning went out! They were very responsive & helpful and got our AC working within a couple of hours of calling! Will definitely use them again!
