We have had an HVAC service contract with Rocky Top for over 10 years. The inspections are always performed thoroughly and professionally. During the most recent inspection of our primary residence and our rental properties, the technician, Devin, found the need for replacement parts on several units. He explained the issue and showed me where the part was needed on each unit. He had to order several of the parts, but all was taken care of while he was on site. Devin was professional and efficient in all aspects of the visit. Once the parts arrived, Rocky Top arranged for Devin to return to repair all units. We appreciate the promptness and the consistency of sending the same technician. We recommend Rocky Top Heating and Air.

From the estimator, to the install supervisor who came out to take measurements, to the technicians who completed the install, everyone was thorough, efficient, and professional. Travis and Kenny did a great job on the install!

Devin- HVAC, Mark-Electrician, and Manny-Plumber, all came out today for annual inspection and they were all so professional, kind, and I felt like I had known them forever. They were very informative and helpful.
