A solid 4.7, if partial stars were allowed. The salesperson gave good information (including details that other contractors neglected to mention), and even advised me that I could delay replacing two doors (instead of going for the money grab). Although the estimate was a little higher than others, I felt they gave me the most information with which to make a decision.
The work product is good; everything is installed properly, and I am happy with the appearance. I foresee myself going back to them for additional window and door replacements in the future. My main criticism is that it took a little longer than expected to get an installation date, and then when something needed to be adjusted, I had to send a reminder that I was waiting for work to be completed. Minor things, but it prevents a rating higher than 4.7 from me. Read more >
