First or all when I first contacted their office, a live person answered. Salesperson that came to our home was very courteous and helpful. Their digital program showed us what our home would look like with the colors we chosen. No matter who I spoke to when calling office they all seemed to know about our project. RJW did a phenomenal job with every part of our roof installation and our family is extremely grateful for their efficient, thorough work. Despite a large, difficult roof (5 bedroom house with extension over the garage, steep pitch) they did the whole thing in one day, minimizing disruption to our family. The communication with our project manager was smooth, detailed, and easy. Because of this, we felt dialed in to the whole process. Cleanup was thorough - a day later and it seemed like nothing had happened. Overall, every aspect of our installation was phenomenal and we'll definitely consider them for our next project. I cannot say enough regarding the sale and installation of our new windows from RJW Exteriors. Our salesman was kind. He listened and worked with us The work crew covered all floors and counters and cleaned up everything after the installation. They were very courteous and considerate as well. The wrappings outside from the new windows were all cleaned up and hauled away! And.... my windows are beautiful! Read more >
