Prior to having RJW replace our 22 year old roof installed by the builder of our home we had five other contractors come out during the pandemic. All of the potential contractors performed inspections, on-site or Zoom presentations of their proposed products and submitted an offering. Even though RJW was not the least expensive contractor, the overall superior product quality (used CertainTeed materials throughout) and timely response to our questions and concerns were the main factors that influenced us to contract with them. The demolition, installation, and cleanup were completed in one day by a very professional crew. With our recommendations, our neighbor also contracted with RJW for a roof replacement and they were equally satisfied with their project. I might have been suspicious about how quick they were, except that expectations had been set by the salesman we met with.
