This review is way late in coming as I had thought I'd written one already. We had our roof done by RJW about 3 yrs ago and couldn't be happier. From start to finish we were informed every step of the way, the crew finished the job the same day and they did a thorough cleanup around the house. The finished job was excellent and the price was right in our budget. Would highly recommend RJW.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The workers were on time, professional and courteous. Rich, the project manager was amazing, he was there everyday to make sure everything ran smoothly. He answered any questions we had, he was knowledgeable,
professional and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. The 2 men who did our gutters were also amazing and did an outstanding job. My husband and I are truly pleased with RJW Exteriors and would highly recommend them.

RJW Exteriors installed 20 new windows and replaced the existing shutters on our home. I cannot say enough to describe how pleased we are with RJW. Every part of the process went smoothly; starting with planning, to delivery and through installation. They finished the job in 1 day! We have received very many compliments on the windows; from neighbors, family and friends etc. It really looks like a new house! We highly recommend RJW and plan to call them again for our next project.

The salesman Chris was so thorough he spent over 3 hours in the heat outside of my house with me going over everything RJW would do for me if I chose them. When the guys arrived to my house they handled disgruntled neighbors extremely well ( small property dumpster would not fit) project manager George and Ed were amazing, roof was completed in one day just like they said. Looks great, was a little surprised to find out gutters were subcontracted and not done at the same time of installation of roof but I’m sure it’s something Chris said that I missed. Ed and George went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the new gutters and gutter system created by the company even went as far as to send me pictures of the completed project to make sure I was happy when I couldn’t be there myself due to work constraints. The project and on-site team was amazing and put the care into the project as if it was for their own home. George, Victor and the on-site team were invaluable in guiding me through my project with professionalism and patience in deciding some variables of my project. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They arrived with a large crew of about 6 or 7 workers. Impressive they had a female on their crew. Everyone work hard, and at a steady pase. They were neat, cleaned up amazingly well. It was a joy to have them all here. Everyone was polite, no hollering or disagreements among the workers, no swearing and kept us informed on ever detail. Rjw did a great job on our roof replacement. Finished in one day with no mess. My one complaint was with their finance company "Mosiac". Do not use this company! We had a 1 year payoff with 0% intrest. The job was delayed for about 6-7 week's due to covid. Not rjws fault. Due to the delay, I requested the 1 year interest be extended for 6 weeks. Mosiac refused to do this and rjw could not change their mind.
