Wonderful experience. They replaced a sliding glass door and casement window. For such a small project they treated me like it was a large project (because it was for me). The workers were on time, professional, and meticulous. Would 100% use again.

I recently had RJW Exteriors replace my roof. This is an amazing company that took great care with doing the job right from beginning to end.
At the start of the project they explained exactly how and what they were going to do in detail, even at the end where the cleanup would be done.
Jim, my project manager was great. He gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I had concerns or problems.
After the job was done every single thing was completed to perfection and in a total professional way. The day after the dumpster was picked up Jim sent out someone (I think his name was Rich) to make sure that everything (nails, shingles etc.) were cleaned up. The next day, Jim himself came out and also preformed a clean up check, reviewed the installation with me and to address any questions or concerns that I may have. I had a bay window and two double hung windows installed. The sales man had windows to demonstrate. Then a contractor came to measure the openings. They made the windows to order. The installation went well and workers very polite and informative. After completion a Forman came and inspected the work. Very professional. Would recommend them at least for windows.

Our experience with RJW has been outstanding. We had RJW install new doors for us, because they did such a wonderful job installing our new roof several years ago. The project started with Luis our sales person. His expertise made us very comfortable with our decision to purchase new doors. We then met Rich our Project Manager. Again, the expertise of RJW employees continued to amaze me. After completion, Rich made several calls to follow up with me. Then RJW sent Michael for the final walk through and warranty presentation. Michael was very precise and detailed and a pleasure to work with. If you need doors, windows, roofing or siding, I highly recommend RJW. Just ask my neighbor Rick, he just started his RJW window project.
