RJW did an excellent job replacing our two bay windows and a few other windows in our home. John, our sales person, was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us options. RJW’s workers did an outstanding job with the installation of our windows and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was complete. Once completed we met with Gabriel (one of the nicest people you could ever meet). He came to our home to do a final check on the job, give us warranty paperwork, and see if we had any questions or concerns. A great experience from beginning to end. Oh my goodness, where do I begin? This is the third time I have used RJW Exteriors and let me tell you. I am extremely satisfied each time they do a home improvement project for us from beginning to end. This time around we had four more new windows installed. They get measured two times for accuracy thanks to Luis & Matt. The lead installer David and his crew show up on time, focus on getting the windows installed, and then they clean up everything. After completion, Jim, a project manager, returns and checks all the windows to make so sure they are working properly. Everyone is completely thorough in their job responsibilities and they are all super nice. And a shout out to Gabriel, a customer care person who returns later and goes over the entire project to make sure we are satisfied and happy.
