Chuck came out to my house (and arrived early!) to go through the specifics of our custom window and door orders. His years of experience and expertise shine. I was very happy to see how thorough RJW services is throughout the process. Also, Chuck is dog-friendly and was very tolerant of my two dogs following him around. I currently hired RJW Exteriors to replace my front door and storm door. Chuck Briggs was the person who came to take measurements prior to the door being ordered. I cannot say enough about Chuck. I had to make some changes to my original order and he was outstanding....he was helpful, patient and very knowledgable. I was a bit worried about the cost but Chuck made all the changes that I wanted and he had some very good suggestions. My door has not been installed yet, but I feel so much better about my purchase. The installers work quickly and diligently making sure everything is up to our expectations. Rich stopped by after and made sure the clean up was done up to satisfaction.
