RJW Installed a new roof on our home in 2018.A leak occurred recently during a heavy rain fall. They responded to my service request identified a problem and repaired it in a through and timely manner. My compliments to to the service team, Matt and Kyle ( they even blew leaves off the roof when they finished working) and supervisor Jim for their courteous service. We needed a new roof and windows and contacted RJW. Although they were expensive we were impressed with their products. Chuck Briggs and Matt the Expediters were the BEST!!!! Chuck was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I kept changing the roof color lol...Matt just bought a since of comfort as he can see I was nervous with the whole process..
