Craftsmanship in their work, spotless cleanup upon completion, clear accurate information during the sale with clear expectations as to when to expect completion. The RJW team approach is truly that, a team. From a thorough assessment of our roofing needs, to a detailed estimate and financing options (from our salesperson Chris Oliva), and ongoing communication related to materials order and installation timeline (from Jim Anastasio) this has been a painless experience.

We were particular about the color of the roof, so we had to wait a few weeks for materials, but they arrived in the timeline as expected. The scheduling of the actual installation, delivery of materials and supplies went smoothly as well.

Our Project Manager Chris Olsen and lead installer Lala completed the installation on both the house and the garage in a neat and organized fashion over 2 days.
