Ice dams killed my roof. My neighbor had just utilized their services and was relatively happy. There was a degree of an emergency so I didn’t want to get bogged down in interviewing twenty million contractors. Good sales pitch, decent sale if I sign before they leave, great financing (which at the time was two years). Work was done quickly other than a slight delay due to COVID supply issues (roof, new soffits, skylights and windows). Good communication from the front office and the project manager is always responsive to questions. My only gripe was a slight esthetic difference between window installations when I did the second round. If my OCD was on full blast, I would kvetch, but my wife said she’s fine with it and as time has gone by the pain has dulled. They brought me cookies and a mug after. Have yet to encounter any major problems, but they seem like they would rectify...
