From start to finish RJW was fantastic. Kept us informed right up until the day of installation. There was a lot of work to be done between the new custom windows, bay window, patio door and entry door. Everything went according to plan. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We feel like we're in a new home. Everyone we have encountered along this journey has been top notch. Special shout out to Mark Monica who started this whole journey for us. He checked on us throughout the whole process. Matt Brockman(door design), Matt, Dave and Rich were outstanding as well. The installers were fantastic, quick and efficient. From the beginning to the middle to the end of the project, every single person was so professional and exceptional at their role. The day of the installation was awesome! These guys are great. They were professional, on time, lovely to deal with ect. The installed my door yesterday and it needed a new frame and the bottom door jam has rotted out leving an in gap on the bottom. They replaced it all and it look beautiful. Chuck I think the guys name was made sure everything was going to plan. They cleaned up afterwards which lots of people don't do.

He also installed our windows 2 years ago. And everything look beautiful. He may not be the cheapest but you get what u pay for and these guys go above and beyond which actually makes it it a good value.

We are so happy with their work we will be using them again for roofing siding and gutters if they do it.

It's so worth every penny and will add value to your home.

This is the second time I've had RJW Exteriors to my home for work. The first time was roofing and gutters and this last time was a whole house window replacement. The crew that installed my windows were efficient, professional, and courteous. They replaced my windows in record time in not so pleasant weather. Between the cold, high winds and snow showers they were able to do a top notch job. I know I will use RJW again in the future and highly recommend their services!

The entire process from providing estimates to the installation of my windows and follow up was fantastic. All of the RJW Exteriors team members were courteous and professional. I would recommend RJW Exteriors without hesitation.

We shopped around and met with at least 5 roofing companies. Luckily my roof was not leaking we were just proactive about replacing the roof before it was an issue. What I found was that they all companies have a very long demonstration so set aside a couple of hours, the products are similar and prices are good for a year but always better if you sign the same day you meet and bottom line the prices are all in the similar range give or take. So what it comes down to who makes you feel the most comfortable and trust. For my husband and I it was Mark Monica. We connected with Mark as if he were an old friend.
