Ice dams killed my roof. My neighbor had just utilized their services and was relatively happy. There was a degree of an emergency so I didn’t want to get bogged down in interviewing twenty million contractors. Good sales pitch, decent sale if I sign before they leave, great financing (which at the time was two years). Work was done quickly other than a slight delay due to COVID supply issues (roof, new soffits, skylights and windows). Good communication from the front office and the project manager is always responsive to questions. My only gripe was a slight esthetic difference between window installations when I did the second round. If my OCD was on full blast, I would kvetch, but my wife said she’s fine with it and as time has gone by the pain has dulled. They brought me cookies and a mug after. After 30+ years the roof needed to be replaced. On 5/3 a representative inspected it inside and out, measured and provided detailed info as to what was needed and how the work would be done. Product was ordered, arrangement made for dumpster etc. RJW was in touch every step of the way. We were notified the job would be done on 5/23/22. That day the crew arrived before 8am, prepped area to protect plants etc. and work began. Chris directed and supervised it and was available to address any questions/concerns. Work was completed early that afternoon. Two days later Chris visited to recheck the work, assess our satisfaction and collect final payment.
This was a transparent, low-stress process for us from start to finish and I'm happy to give RJW the highest recommendation. Read more >
