An excellent experience from start to finish. Every representative of RJW was proactive to make our project the best experience from the initial appointment to the final follow up. No high pressure sales tactics - only a very informative presentation of a high quality product. The job and organization of materials, dumpster, etc was on schedule. The crew installed a beautiful new roof in less than a day in addition to other services I had done in combination with the roof installation. Highly recommend RJW for your project.

We are very happy with our 16 windows that was installed on 11/27/2022. The crew was efficient & very clean after the install. We definitely see a difference in my energy bill over the past few week. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because during install I needed a frame to be redone in my kitchen & I personally feel we were overcharged for the material & labor, but other than that we do plan to contact RJW later on next year to finish the windows on our second floor. Other than that, the office staff have been wonderful prior to the install keeping me up to date.

Siding

RJW was great from the first in house sales meeting (windows) to the final installation. They offered a good price (with no sales pressure) and the office staff and installation crew did a great job keeping the project on schedule and installed in a very professional manner. Good service, communication and quality.

RJW did a fantastic job with the installation of two new windows in our family room. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything afterwards, and were very helpful with their communication every step of the way. We dropped one star because there was some confusion around the initial quote for the work, but the office was very professional in clearing everything up and getting us back on track!

Everyone was great during our new front door installation. The frame to our old door was rotted and the guys did a great job replacing everything. Our storm door arrived cracked but the new one was ordered immediately and installed as soon as possible. Definitely recommend RJW

We had a great experience with RJW. Everyone is so personable and friendly. The windows arrived faster than projected and during the installation process they were attentive to every detail. The windows were installed quickly and they left the outside cleaner than they found it! Chuck, our project manager, was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend this company!
