Hi everyone! I typically never write reviews or post on public spaces. When I see those posts I always think it’s someone in the company promoting themselves. This is not the case here! I’m doing this because 1. We felt so overwhelmed searching for the right company to help us replace old windows I’m hoping this review is useful for others 2. I truly believe in their work and they deserve to be supported.

Our house has all Anderson windows but we decided to go with a company called RJW and couldn’t be happier. So far we have had two separate projects completed by them with a total of NINE windows installed. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, professional and have some super deals. An excellent experience from start to finish. Every representative of RJW was proactive to make our project the best experience from the initial appointment to the final follow up. No high pressure sales tactics - only a very informative presentation of a high quality product. The job and organization of materials, dumpster, etc was on schedule. We are very happy with our 16 windows that was installed on 11/27/2022. The crew was efficient & very clean after the install. We definitely see a difference in my energy bill over the past few week. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because during install I needed a frame to be redone in my kitchen & I personally feel we were overcharged for the material & labor, but other than that we do plan to contact RJW later on next year to finish the windows on our second floor. They offered a good price (with no sales pressure) and the office staff and installation crew did a great job keeping the project on schedule and installed in a very professional manner. RJW did a fantastic job with the installation of two new windows in our family room. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything afterwards, and were very helpful with their communication every step of the way. We dropped one star because there was some confusion around the initial quote for the work, but the office was very professional in clearing everything up and getting us back on track! Read more >

Everyone was great during our new front door installation. The frame to our old door was rotted and the guys did a great job replacing everything. Our storm door arrived cracked but the new one was ordered immediately and installed as soon as possible. Definitely recommend RJW Read more >
