The crew was neat, courteous, and cleaned up each day. They were expert craftsmen. The new replacement windows and door look like they were the original and like they were always there. We are extremely satisfied. The job turned out better than we imagined.

My wife and I met with Joe Alonzo of RJW while researching a recent home improvement project. Ultimately, we decided on an alternate vendor for the project but I still believe that Joe deserves a shout out. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was never pushy beyond instilling a sense of urgency as all the best sales personnel do. He was even courteous in his follow ups without being a pest. When it came down to the final decision, it wasn't anything that Joe said or did, it was simple economics. As a property manager, it is daily business for me to always get at least three proposals for any project and apples-to-apples, the best price gets the contract. Thank you Joe for all you did to make this project a reality.

Tyler the project manager was hands on and had a completion meeting with me to review and inspect the job. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

LaLa, the installer and his crew were very professional, neat and their workmanship is top notch.

They also check my roof which was installed over 10 years ago. They went out of their way to ensure that the minor repairs to my roof were made. They honored their commitment to excellent customer service and quality.
