My wife and I are very happy that we went with RJW for our roof replacement. Every step of the process from initial contact to the end of the project was clearly outlined to us. The salesman who came out to our house to give us the quote spent over an hour walking us through every product they use and the process they use to make sure that the roof is properly ventilated. The project manager was friendly and communicated well, the team the did the tear down and install was professional and friendly. Afterwards they swept the lawn three times to pickup extra nails. We had our gutters and a new glass sliding door replaced. RJW went above and beyond in both. They forgot to put a small locking mechanism that we would never use since it's to lock when the door is open and we didn't even know about but they admitted it and came back to make sure it was done right even if we wouldn't use it. We also had questions about our gutters when it rained really hard and backed up a bit. They came out quickly and everything they installed was perfect but a piece of the old gutter was stuck inside from before they even came out. We replaced 10 windows in my mother’s house. The windows are beautiful, well made, and come with a lifetime guarantee. With all that also, comes the price! We are hopeful that it was the right investment.
The project was finished in one day. After the installation, we had some hiccups. RJW provides their customers with a project manager that works with us from beginning to end. Our was Rich Luciano. Rich is professional and responsive he came to revise the installation the next day, and took care of the issues immediately, as he promised.
