Truly, it was a great experience with RJW Exteriors. They kept me up-to-date constantly, and worked with my work schedule as to when the install date would be. They were always courteous and friendly and kind. On the day of installation they showed up right on time and not only removed the old door and took it away but they cleaned up any and all mess. They even moved an exceptionally heavy solid stone table bench by my back door that I could not do by myself and once installation was complete, they put the stone bench back in place for me. During installation, I was having trouble with paying them the rest of the fee for the door, and the gentleman who was supervising was very understanding, and I trusted them so completely that I was able to leave them in my house alone, with it wide-open while I ran up to the bank to straighten everything out and get the rest of the money for them.... RJW, is as professional as they come. Needing to replace our roof, we contacted RJW for an estimate. The sales rep was very professional and thorough. Whatever was promised by the company was delivered on time, with professional follow up. The roof was replaced in one day, the contractors were very skilled and efficient. The after the job cleanup was impressive.
After the completion of the job, and the removal of the dumpster, RJW representative came over for final inspection of the roof, and the cleaning to insure it was completed to a higher standard.

My wife and I met with Joe Alonzo of RJW while researching a recent home improvement project. Ultimately, we decided on an alternate vendor for the project but I still believe that Joe deserves a shout out. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was never pushy beyond instilling a sense of urgency as all the best sales personnel do. He was even courteous in his follow ups without being a pest. When it came down to the final decision, it wasn't anything that Joe said or did, it was simple economics. As a property manager, it is daily business for me to always get at least three proposals for any project and apples-to-apples, the best price gets the contract.
