RJW Exteriors are true professionals. We had issues with our roof which was in need of replacement. We contacted RJW Exteriors to set a consultation appointment and obtain quote the next day! The quote was good and the overall process was great! We had our roof replaced within 2 weeks of our initial call to them, could have been sooner but due to the holidays we wanted to delay it for a week!

I decided to replace existing roof with new roof shingles. I received multiple estimates and RJW Exteriors was nearly double the cost compared to other contractors. The reason I was sold to go with RJW Exteriors was the guarantee and white-glove service.

Overall I am satisfied with the results but they didn’t deserve a 5-star rating. I knocked out 1 star because I found out during the project that the contractors were third party. They outsourced the physical labor to another company although they are licensed. I wish they were clear about this part of the contract.

The guys didn’t thoroughly clean up after they were done. The Project Manager Tyler performed final inspection and noticed nails around my property. He stayed longer to collect the loose nails.
