RJW Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my exterior house doors - 2 Entry and 1 Patio door. My 40+ year old doors were original and had gotten very drafty.
Beginning with my Sales Rep. Kenan who was thorough in explaining the process and suggesting what would be best in style and quality. He was very knowledgeable and never made you feel pressured.
The installation crew led by Rich were fantastic. They worked on a challenging weather day with rain in the forecast. The crew went about their work in a very methodical way. Their expertise showed in the neat and precise job they did. When they finished everything was cleaned up and the job looked perfect. The new door features were all explained to me.

The team arrived early and did a meticulous, expert job. They made sure the doors were perfectly square and worked exactly as designed. The doors are secure, solid, and smooth, with a completely weather-tight fit. I am incredibly satisfied with their work.

I am not into posting reviews, but I have to take the opportunity to say that in my 45 years of home ownership I have never had the pleasure of a company like RJW exteriors work on my home.

Everything from my initial contact, home consultation, pricing, financing, installation and clean up were performed in an exceptionally professional and friendly manner. They were frequently in contact before, during and after the completion of my project and were over the top in assuring that I was totally satisfied with the work performed. The culture of their company and their business model should be emulated by more contractors out there.

Excellent install crew, great window quality,fair price.I walked around outside checking for any debris after job was completed found nothing.Will use RJW again .
