4/5 stars for everything but one major reason I knocked off 1 star. Our project officer, Rich.

From our initial call, to our salesman, Chris, everything went smoothly. They came out and showed us samples and digital renderings of our roof and siding project. We were so excited to get the call that our work would start even sooner than expected. We met our first project officer, which we wish we could’ve kept. We were reassigned to Rich and the vibe was just not there. He was really condescending when talking to me and my husband, sometimes even downright rude. He attempted to apologize for that behavior but it continued. He was very boastful about his work and abilities in a way that was distasteful to me.

each of our projects has been completed to our entire satisfaction. The firm earned our trust in 2022 when we had our roof replaced. Since then, we used the company to install six windows. Each time, we were shown different options, given estimates of the cost plus the time to make decisions. We always had written material and photos to help us make the choice that was right for us.
