Much nicer experience than it’s ever been. You used to have to spend your day there. I mean hours, and the place moved at a snails pace. I was there about 50 minutes total this time. From the eye test, the drops, the pictures and the doctor. It was wonderful and the cranky, joyless employees were gone as well. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Won’t dread coming here anymore. I was seen at the Kenosha office in the Aurora building.

This was my first visit to the clinic and I was impressed with professionalism of all of the employees I encountered. The receptionist was very cordial. Paul, who conducted the initial check in before seeing the doctor, was informative, candid and put me at ease about the entire procedure. Dr Coussa's credentials and years of experience were very impressive, but his very personable and caring personality was most impressive. I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands.
