Tra came to do regular maintenance and & cleaning of our Carrier heat pump. He was friendly and professional, and answered all our questions while providing us with lots of details and advice on our HVAC system.

The technician who came to clean and maintain my A/C unit was professional and knowledgeable, as you'd want from a repair technician. What set him apart was his candor. Because I was interested in learning what maintenance I can do myself, he shared several tips and tricks to help me keep the system clean without needing help. It's still a big, complex machine, so I needed his experience to complete the bigger tasks, but he showed me how to do the little things.

He even provided a risk level with each of the red flags he found so that I could make the judgment call about whether to fix it immediately or to wait. In my case, it's the type of part that is always present on the truck, so whenever it does fail, the first repair technician able to get out here would be able to fix it in minutes without waiting for special order.
