I got my ducts cleaned and RES did a great job! Brice and T.J were courteous, knowledgeable, and just good people! My wife and I noticed immediately the benefit of getting the ducts clean! Highly recommend thus company!

We bought a house and had RES Heating and AC come out to clean and service the furnace as well as clean the ducts. They had great communication, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The duct cleaning ended up being the same day as some painting we were having done and the RES crew was able to work around the inconvenience and get the job done.

Excellent experience beginning to end. Their quoted prices were by far the lowest, their sales staff were knowledgeable and responsive, their technicians were on time and performed the installation according to plan and answered all my questions. After this phenomenal experience, I dumped my old HVAC company and switched to RES for my maintenance contract.

William and Robert were here on time, worked hard to install a water heater beautifully. Professional and pleasant. Also promised to come back for free to maintain in 2 years.

We shopped around weeks ago for a new water heater. Comparing everything I chose RES for their service, price and quality. Working with their technicians and superviser was a true pleasure -- such a pleasure that when last night we found the furnace dead the first thing we did was emailing Tra at 11:24PM :D.

Within minutes he was emailing me back with advice and arrangement for today. Is there anyone else who would watch out for us like that? Not even my BIL I'd say.

This morning however I found the issue with a faulty switch and communicated with Tra. He offered to let me try to fix it first but assured me that the technician is there as back up. I was lucky...

Had a handyman install a smart thermostat yesterday. Froze our butts off last night because he messed it up without realizing it. Called first thing in the morning, and residential express was here in about 2 hours, fixed it right away, professional and courteous, reasonably priced. Will definitely use them in the future!
