Will and RES are simply the best. He and the entire staff are responsive and communicative. Will came shortly after the established window and quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC. We are no longer sweltering thanks to William. I have had RES complete work on a number of HVAC projects in my home and highly recommend them to everyone, you won’t regret it.

We had Maged come out when our AC stopped working on one of the hottest weekends of the year. He was so professional and diagnosed our problem—needing a new compressor. He came back out to install the part a few days later. The company was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Our technician, Maged, couldn’t have been any nicer. We are really pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Every encounter I’ve had with folks at RES has been really good, starting back 4 years ago. David helped us this time and went above and beyond the repair, even cleaned the coils with some solution and the hose, as well as wiped the unit down which had years worth of dirt/mold, while answering all the questions I had. Super cool. He even leveled the unit cause it was starting to lean to the side due to the retaining wall giving through the years.. Tra was helpful as usual, hooked us up with an appointment for the next day even if i just reached out that evening.

RES did an excellent job repairing my heat pump. Highly recommend!

Does anyone understand a 5 rating? I had to have an FBI friend explain to me that a 1 or 2 rating is a rip off. I still didn't understand to the tune of 10 grand, until this company, or Dave, fixed my issue in two minutes. He took out his hack saw albeit without my permission and fixed the problem. I will be using this company again shortly for another known issue I have, but first I will put stickers with this company's phone number and email address all over my HVAC!

Had the best experience with RES shopping for a new HVAC. They offered a great price for our new system and straightforward quote. The intial consultation was given by William, who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation was provided by Kevin and Rob, who are great guys and incredibly accommodating and honest.
