Residential Express Heating & Air

Contacted RES for my HVAC repair/replacement. They were 1 of 5 contractors that I vetted. I went with them because of their level of professionalism; the way they explained the issue and their proposal, the recommended equipment and install process. I didn't feel I was being pressured into going with their services. Their price was competitive and fair. The installers were great, knowledgable and able to explain technical components to someone who has zero experience.

They installed a brand new unit, indoor and outdoor. I am hopefully that the equipment will hold and I won't have any issues; and if I do, it's good to know there are people I can trust to help me out.

Cleaned lint out of dryer vent, replaced hose. Friendly and professional, good job well done.

I believe I already sent you a comment. But I am glad I chose this company. The technician answered all my many questions. Both were very professional and pleasant. Without complaint they removed some of my furniture which was obstructing the work area and then put it back. They cleaned up after completing the job.They demonstrated how far they inserted the air hose into the duct. Also advised me how often to clean the ducts. All in all it has been a good experience. I will use this company again in 5 years.
Thé only thing I would change is their arrival time. The didn’t arrive until 2 1/2 hours into their window. I asked my house guests to be ready by 8:00 am!!

Brice and TJ were very professional and helpful. Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned, and they explained what they were doing and how they were going to do it. I would definitely use their services again.
