Original Review: Oh goodness, I cannot say enough good things about these folks! They deserve every one of their 5 star ratings, and then some! Scheduling was so easy - they were able to come next day when our heat went out at the beginning of the season, when I imagine they're already really busy. Maged was so thorough and explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on. Initially, he thought the repair would be ~$700 for the circuit board repair (parts/labor). He got the part super quickly and came back the next day and installed it, but it didn't solve the issue. He was SO thorough with testing every element of the...
