I contacted them when my gas furnace stopped working - they fit me into their schedule and came out the next day - diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and came back to complete the repair - also fixed an electric problem that came up unrelated to the furnace problem - friendly knowledgeable techs with great customer service and fair prices - they also installed my daughters HVAC

Maged helped us diagnose and fix a broken HVAC system during the cold snap. He patiently explained the issues to us and even called after the repair to make sure the system was functioning properly.

William was enourmously helpful because he found things that others missed since he was so thorough. And he explained everything to me every step of the way. Went beyond my expectations.

Almost literally the night before Christmas--lost heat in the one of our main units--the one where we sleep. Extreme cold weather landed same week here in the National Capital Region. Early Christmas Eve (Saturday, 24th December) sent a message through RES' website contact page and to their emergency e-mail. Customer service was up and responsive by 0640 in the morning! Super friendly, responsive and gave many options for service window of availability. Service technician super proactive for communicating arrival and during the entire service call. Learned important maintenance tips never knew before! Grateful for companies like this who employ and retain good humans. Thanks!

12/25/22 update: we called Residential at five in the morning with an emergency as our heat would not turn on. The office was closed, but they still had someone to text us and schedule an appointment for 8 AM- which was incredible, considering it was a Sunday and Christmas! David was absolutely fantastic and found the problem immediately and was able to fix it within minutes. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Maged is always wonderful. Punctual, honest, hardworking and extremely professional. We will
continue to use this company especially because of him!

Our HVAC stopped working on the morning of December 24th. RES came out in a few hours and saved our Xmas! Price was reasonable too
