Service techs assigned are punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only is RES pricing affordable but they offer military discounts as well. I appreciate that they utilize current technology with online scheduling, text reminders for appointments, tracking of arrival time when you're waiting for a tech, ease of payment by credit card and immediate invoicing via email. I would HIGHLY recommend RES for HVAC service needs. I am very pleased with this company.

We were having an issue with our heat pump not defrosting. A tech from another had been out at the end of the previous winter and said it was fine but wasn't plugged in. He was either lying or incompetent.

RES came out the next day after I called and diagnosed the problem quickly. Two days later they were back with the part and it was fixed. The tech was great and very professional.

No issues since the new defrost board was installed.
