The company was responsive, courteous, professional, and repaired what needed to be repaired and did it for the estimated costs which were reasonable. The service technician Magad took the time to discuss the repairs and then repaired what I authorized.

I schedule RES to maintenance my HVAC system regularly. They are easy to schedule with, always on time and provide quality work along with honest information. We recently had a duct and vent cleanup. The staff who performed the work were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend RES.

I've been using RES for several years now. They repaired my old furnace several times. Last year they installed my new A/C, air scrubber (UV light in the HVAC) and thermostat. Their team is very pleasant to deal with: responsive, knowledgeable, provide honest advice, don't push for expensive options. I had many questions while choosing the new A/C, air scrubber & thermostat and they patiently answered all of them. I had different technicians, and all of them were great, their assistant/coordinator Mary is fantastic, super efficient. They always call 20-30 min prior to coming which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them.
