RES is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and super friendly. I got 4 quotes and their quoted prices were by far the lowest. On the first appointment, Maged was on time. He took his time to check and was able to point out that my old system was not heat pump. He took his time and explained to me what the process would be to covert to heat pump system. Tra was super helpful. He took his time to go over the proposal. On the installation day, Robert and his team were on time and he walked over what they were going do. I had family emergency that I had to leave my house in the middle of the installation. Robert made sure to test everything, setup the thermostat properly and left no dirt behind. I can’t recommend RES enough. Will definitely work with them in the future.
