Residential Express Heating & Air

I had another long-established A/C company servicing my two units for over 15 years. When one unit went out, I naturally got a quote from them to replace it. I also called RES based on the high rating on YELP and they gave me a quote of over 30% less for the same exact units. I clearly went with RES and we are so glad we did. This company is top-notch. Super responsive, polite, helpful, and very competitive pricing. They even gave us a temporary portable A/C unit to use @ no extra charge. The two young men who came to install the AC and Heat Exchanger were by far two of the most polite and respectful young men you could ask for. It's been a long time since I've' seen this high degree of customer focus from any company. Can't say enough about RES. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly Recommended.

I booked an appointment with Residential express Services Heating & AC for a second opinion - after receiving an estimate with a long list of needed and costly repairs from my then current HVAC company on my 3 yr old AC. The Residential Express technician "Maged" took his time going over the whole system and important to me explained everything he did or thought might be needed later. Bottom line my second opinion saved me a couple thousand dollars. Maged added two units of freon (instead of the four required on my "estimate") and advised unless there was an issue with the freon level going low - -- he didn't expect to return until next spring. And yes I cancelled my old contract and signed a new contract with Residential Express that offers more for the same price . More important . I trust this company and the technician they sent to my home....

My new “go-to” service company for anything related to HVAC systems. Had a maintenance service performed and the company was prompt, professional, and courteous. The service itself was competently performed and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I paid for two diagnostics of my air conditioner issues and after careful consideration I selected Residential Express Services Heating and AC (RES) to service my HVAC system. RES promptly provided their bids and the manager Tra N. was extra helpful in facilitating my decision to pick the company. I made my decision at 5:30 pm and the service men (Favian and Freddy) arrived at my house at 8:30 am the day after and ready to work. They were both courteous and professional, did everything possible to ensure the new system was installed properly. They leveled the ground with additional gravels so they could lay a platform for the outside heat pump. They also replaced the metal box underneath the furnace inside since it was rusted by previous water leaking condition. All we're done with no additional charges. I've used a few different HVAC companies for my issues, but over the past 2 years I've found RES to be the most reliable, fairly priced and pretty much outstand reps coming to my place. I'd def recommend them to those looking for HVAC service.
