AC/heat would not turn on afterwards. Called and Mary was able to fit me in and have my HVAC checked. William came over and mentioned the Emergency switch was off. Asked if he could install the motor/run cap and clean the blower wheel and he said it was fine. Job for tomorrow was completed same night!!

This is the 4th time we've called on RES for cleaning and maintenance, and at this time I'm considering signing up for a maintenance contract that gives us a good discount. This was William's second time coming to the house, so we're familiar with his professionalism and top-notch service. From start to finish it was a great experience. Very responsive when trying to schedule. Communicated when they were en route and when they would be arriving. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and efficient. I even signed a service contract for them to return! Thank you Will!
