When we moved into our small condo this past summer, after renting it out for years, we discovered our aged HVAC was filthy and making sluggish noises. Luckily enough, we found Residential Express Services Heating & AC through YELP. William, one of their soft-spoken savvy top-notch techs, came to have a look. He had to change the outdated thermostat, and he spent quite some time thoroughly cleaning inside the unit and the area surrounding it. Like I said, it was filthy. He advised us to sign up for the yearly maintenance program and convinced us to contact his company so that their duct cleaning folks would come to remove old lint, etc. which was inside the ducts. The duct cleaning gentlemen went above and beyond cleaning our ducts. They discovered the silver dryer hose was not connected to the dryer so all that lint was flying around and the cabinet door with the stackable...

Tra, Favian, Daniel, David, and their team are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything was great from start to finish, and they made the replacement process for our indoor and outdoor units as seamless as possible. Happy to say we’ve found our go-to HVAC company.

David my technician is excellent. I also can’t say enough about the customer service RES provides. Switched recently from another company after 10 years and it’s like night and day. We needed our water heater replaced and requested quotes from three companies in the area (RES was most competitive). I contacted Residential Express Services, and Mary answered (without having to wait on hold). She was helpful and knowledgeable, and asked for pictures of the existing system to see if they could provide a quote without an on-site visit. Within 30 minutes of sending the pictures, Tra, the service manager, provided a comprehensive quote without having to do an on-site. I had a few questions about the replacement model and...

Maged came out to fix my broken HVAC unit. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a faulty motor, ordered the parts, and came back to install the motor. Installation was seamless, and he explained other cost saving options going forward. He also volunteered some helpful information regarding another looming problem with the unit. Very competent, as he knew all the answers to my questions. Most impressive is his easy, clear, common sense explanations to me of the problems. No fancy technical terms that go over your head. You will get him. Oh, and he is super duper friendly. I will be requesting him again. Highly recommend this place! Very professional and friendly staff.
