The representative who scheduled my furnace repair visit was friendly, helpful and professional, and was able to schedule the visit for the next day. Majid, the HVAC technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and was able to show up early to the appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes at a very affordable price. I will be going to RES for all of my electrical and mechanical issues in the future!

AC/heat would not turn on afterwards. Called and Mary was able to fit me in and have my HVAC checked. William came over and mentioned the Emergency switch was off. Asked if he could install the motor/run cap and clean the blower wheel and he said it was fine. Job for tomorrow was completed same night!!

This was William's second time coming to the house, so we're familiar with his professionalism and top-notch service.
