We've been using them since we moved into our home 5 years ago. At first, just for annual servicing. But they've since replaced both our A/C and furnace. Before we replaced the furnace, one of their guys was here for HOURS working to find a way to fix it so we wouldn't have to pay for a new furnace. He even left and returned to try a replacement part. There was no labor charge for him being here that long; he genuinely wanted to help when he could have just said "nope - its 40 years old, you need a new one." Their crew is incredibly friendly and personable and they go above and beyond whenever they are here. When looking for a trustworthy company, go with Res heating and cooling. I can't recommend them enough!

Received excellent professional service from Brice and TJ on 10 Nov 23 to clean and sanitize the air ducts. Attention to detail and explained everything they needed to do to complete the job. Cleaned up after and double checked to ensure nothing missed and asked me follow them to explain and answer any questions. Great service. Highly recommend.

This is our first time using RES but we are glad we did. The technician was excellent. He called ahead, was on time, and listened to our HVAC concerns. He was very easy to deal with and quickly found a solution after making his necessary checks. We will definitely call RES again if we need help. Thank you!!

Needed new HVAC for upstairs and heating downstairs, they gave me a quote quickly and within my budget so we went with them. They are very professional and did a great job with the installations. They use Carrier which is a top brand. It's a small company so their prices are very reasonable and are customer oriented. Overall, very happy and we recommend them.
