I called RES Heating & AC because of our high energy bill and they came out the next day and spent a few hours trying to figure out the issue. Dave did a thorough job. He really couldn't find a problem besides the potential of our thermostat not working properly. I was still worried so they sent out Santo to come give a second opinion and he came a day later and spent a few hours as well trying to find a problem. In the end, everything was running well - he made a few changes on the settings of our thermostat to see if that would help.

I'm super thankful for the quality of their work and customer service - it's outstanding! We signed up for their maintenance package and will use them moving forward!

They promptly came out to check out a heat pump (under warranty) they had installed a couple of years ago. Service was great.

Responded immediately to my emergency heating need. Technician, Maged, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Resolved my heating issue and took measurements to provide a quote for a new system since mine is 29 years old.

Their prices are fair, and I was able to get a (non-emergency) service appointment for the very next day. My service was completed by Maged, who I wanted to specifically cite as professional, friendly, and good to work with. I intend to use this company in the future!

So 9.30am on a cold 23rd of December and a bunch of family members due in the pm, the outside fan stopped abruptly and noisily in the middle of a heating cycle and after 10 minutes I still couldn't get it to start again. After turning it off at the thermostat', something in the furnace was still whirring and now steam is pouring from the unit. So fearing the worst I shut it down completely
I called one company and got "leave a message", called another who took all my details and then said "we can get someone there on the 2nd of January!" Called these guys and said they could get a technician there between ten and one pm. Five minutes later I got a call saying he would be there in ten minutes. Enter Maged, of whom I cannot speak too highly. The consummate professional, he assessed the situation and clearly explained what had happened. Defrost mode, who knew!...

Called Residential Express Services when my heater decided to eat it 5 days before Christmas. My technician, Maged, was very professional, timely, and informative throughout the entire process. He was quick to recognize the problems and get the replacement parts in time so my family didn't have to wear sweaters and earmuffs at Christmas dinner. I appreciated that he stuck around to test the heater a number of times to make sure it was well and truly fixed, rather than risk it breaking again as soon as he walked out the door, as is the way these things often go.
