Tech explained equipment well and gave instructions for what to look for as A/C operates in warmer weather. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful.

We've been using RES for years and they're awesome! At first, for emergency service, then regular maintenance on our old system. A few years ago, a whole new HVAC system (our idea - no pressure), some warranty service, and continued regular maintenance. Not interested in even looking for anyone else. Maged is our usual guy – he's just the best – but everyone who's been here has been great.

Highly recommend this business for heating and AC services. Brice and TJ did an outstanding job with a recent duct cleaning. They were responsive, professional, and very helpful. Additionally, the price was very reasonable.

What is there to say? Every aspect of our experience with Residential Express was excellent. They were the first to respond to our boiler request, seemed the most knowledgeable relative to our home's needs based on our due diligence and research, offered the best warranty package at close on the best price, communicated extensively throughout, completed the removal/replacement in a mere two days, and left our boiler room pristine... even going so far as to help me carry out bags of solidified cement that the removal of our old boiler uncovered.

I love these guys and look forward to calling on them the next time we have a heating, cooling, or plumbing need.
