Great experience with these folks. We called them out to see if there was any mold in our HVAC. They came on time, investigated, took pictures and explained very clearly the situation. Our HVAC was clean and didn't need any further cleaning. We only owed them for the assessment fee - which was very reasonable. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell us with anything or mislead. It was honest and straight-forward. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future HVAC issues.

I am grateful for the support from Residential Express Heating & Cooling (REHC) in making the heat waves more bearable. My central air conditioning system, which is 17 years old, broke down during the recent heat waves. It was quite a headache to search for a major investment item (a 4-ton, continuous blower HVAC system) that is expected to provide years of reliable service. I received two quotes from three authorized Trane dealers, although one dealer did not show up, along with one quote each from Rheem and Carrier dealers. REHC provided the lowest price quote among the four (with Trane and Carrier brands rated 5 stars and Rheem rated 3 stars) and offered the longest complimentary labor warranty of 3 years, in addition to extending the manufacturer’s parts warranty from 5 years to 10 years.
