First off, our HVAC died a month after purchasing our new house. We knew it was going to go, but to have it happen on the hottest week of year was less than ideal. We decided to check with several companies to get quotes on replacing the entire unit and RES was one of the places we reached out.

I had a really good experience the technician was professional and nice. I didn't feel the stranger danger with him and he knew what he was doing.
